Before scheduling a consultation with Carlos A. Buentello, we ask that you review and agree to this Mutual Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality Agreement. This agreement is designed to protect sensitive business information shared by both parties and establishes clear confidentiality standards for all conversations.

Special Provisions for Attorneys

If you're represented by counsel: Your conversations with Carlos A. Buentello are not covered by attorney-client privilege. You should discuss this consulting relationship with your attorney.

If you're a law firm: When engaging CB Strategic Advisors as a subcontractor, all communications and work product are covered by attorney-client privilege and attorney work-product doctrine under Texas law.
